About the Founder

Hi, I'm Tee! I've lived in Tokyo for over 20 years and am passionate about Japanese cuisine, especially ramen. As a ramen enthusiast, I frequently visit different ramen spots, with my all-time favorite being Ramen Momijiya. I've also spent time living in Hakata, so I have a deep appreciation for authentic Kyushu dishes.
